- Are your accessories real gold?
Our accessories are made with stainless steel and gold plating finishes with 14K, 18K or 24K gold. Each chain, bracelet and pendant have its specifications in the description section.
The Tennis Chains, Tennis Bracelets and Diamond Chains are hand-paved with our AAA Cubic Zircon to ensure clarity, brilliance and clearest coloration in every product.
2. How to properly store my jewelry?
Our jewelry should be kept dry. Although they stay in great conditions after doing all these, we recommend that you do NOT:
- Get them wet
- Apply colognes, perfumes or any type of chemical directly to them.
3. What is AAA Cubic Zircon?
Diamonds, although rare and breathtaking, they are extremely expensive. That's why we offer a high quality alternative to simulate diamonds at a lower cost but still making every piece of jewelry a flawless one.
4. How long does shipping take?
For customers located in Puerto Rico and USA, orders will arrive within approximately 2-5 days via USPS. For international orders, they will be shipped via DHL and arrive within approximately 7-10 days. The processing time for each order takes between 24-48 hours.
5. What payment options do you accept? Is it secure?
Our checkout process uses Shopify Payments or PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as Shopify or PayPal.
We accept every major card including Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, and American Express.
